How Do Payments Work?
Payment can be sent through Zelle to [email protected]. Payments are due as soon as your session is scheduled (no later than 48 hours before your scheduled session) using the Zelle platform. If a session is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, the session is fully refundable and we will reschedule for a mutually agreeable time. If the session is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, the full fee will be due with no refunds.

How Do Video Sessions Work?
We utilize Zoom or Google Meets as our main platforms for all of our video sessions.

I'm A Parent, How Can I Stay Updated?
Parents will receive weekly updates via email. Parents can feel free to schedule a 30 minute parent consultation at any point to touch base, or to review resources to utilize at home/school ($45.00 per 30 minute session). Always feel free to email, and we promise that we will get back to you in 2-3 business days!
How Do I Stop Services?
Just let us know that you wish to stop scheduling sessions with at least 24 hours notice, and you're good to go. You will not be billed moving forward. Please note, any sessions canceled within the 24 hour time frame will require full payment.
